We, people from twenty first century, live in a super informative world. To maintain the brain working well among so many stress news, we have to take care of what to do to conservate our mental health. But what about someone that doesn't have much time?

Eat healthy 🥗
To eat healthy is not difficult, but many people think it's boring because you mustn't eat so much, but it's not totally true.
To avoid eating processed food all is enough for those who doesn't have enough time. Try to eat more natural sandwiches made by you, then you can fill it with different ingredients that can sustain you for the day.
Observation: Drink a lot of water, at least 2 liters per day.
Physical Exercises 🏃♀️➡️
There isn't a person that haven't already heard that practicing a physical activity is good for mental health. Have you ever heard it before?
• But what exercise can I practice to do not waste time?
If you have, for example, just 40 minute per day to exercise and a good place to run, you can use it at least to walk and listen to music, talk to yourself (who hasn't?) or, if you have a pet, walk with it.
But if you have less than 20 minutes, It's better to use this time to stretch out, take water and, if you like, do yoga (with YouTube videos).
